2. Paslaugos aprašymas

Cal2Invoice yra client-side sąskaitų generavimo įrankis savarankiškai dirbantiems ir mažoms įmonėms. Jis skaito Google Calendar įvykius, generuoja PDF sąskaitas, saugo duomenis Google Sheets, įkelia PDF'us į Google Drive ir siunčia el. laiškus per Gmail jūsų vardu (su jūsų patvirtinimu kiekvienam). Visi duomenys saugomi jūsų pačios Google paskyroje — Cal2Invoice neturi savo backend'o ar serverių.

Jūs liekate išskirtiniu savo duomenų savininku. Mes negalime priversti Google'o pakeisti, ištrinti ar perduoti jūsų duomenų — visa tai darote jūs patys per Google UI.

Galite bet kuriuo metu nustoti naudotis App'u atšaukdami prieigą per Settings → „Atšaukti Cal2Invoice prieigą prie Google" arba per myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Mes pasiliekame teisę nutraukti App'o teikimą su 30 dienų išankstiniu pranešimu (per App ar email). Jūsų duomenys nebus prarasti — jie liks jūsų Google paskyroje.

10. Sąlygų pakeitimai

Šias Sąlygas galime keisti. Reikšmingi pakeitimai bus pranešti per App'ą prieš įsigaliojant. Toliau naudodamiesi App'u po pakeitimų, jūs juos priimate.

11. Taikytina teisė ir jurisdikcija

Šioms Sąlygoms taikoma Lietuvos Respublikos teisė. Bet kokie ginčai sprendžiami Lietuvos teismuose.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cal2Invoice application ("App"), available at cal2invoice.lt and on mobile platforms. By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service description

Cal2Invoice is a client-side invoice generation tool for self-employed professionals and small businesses. It reads Google Calendar events, generates PDF invoices, stores data in Google Sheets, uploads PDFs to Google Drive, and sends emails via Gmail on your behalf (with your confirmation for each one). All data is stored in your own Google account — Cal2Invoice has no backend or servers of its own.

3. User requirements

You must have a valid Google account.
You must be at least 16 years old.
You are responsible for the security of your Google account (password, 2FA).
You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and compliance with Lithuanian tax authority (VMI) and other applicable regulations.

4. Acceptable use

The App may be used only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attack the App or its infrastructure.
Use the App for fraud, false invoicing, or tax evasion.
Use the App on behalf of third parties without their consent.
Modify, copy, or resell the App.

5. Your data

Cal2Invoice has no access to your data except through your own Google account. For a detailed description of how we handle your data, see the Privacy Policy.

You remain the sole owner of your data. We cannot force Google to alter, delete, or transfer your data — you do all of that yourself via Google UI.

6. Legal status of invoices

Important: Cal2Invoice generates invoice PDF documents, but you are responsible for their compliance with the Lithuanian VAT Law, Accounting Law, and other applicable regulations. We do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the App running without interruption but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Since the App is client-side and uses Google APIs, its operation depends on:

Your internet connection
Your browser / device
Google API availability

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cal2Invoice and its creators are NOT liable for:

Lost revenue or lost data due to use of the App.
Invoice errors, missing fields, or inaccuracies.
Tax penalties related to your accounting.
Google API outages or changes.
Third-party actions, including data theft from your Google account due to your own security shortcomings.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by revoking access via Settings → "Atšaukti Cal2Invoice prieigą prie Google" or via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We reserve the right to discontinue the App with 30 days' prior notice (in-app or by email). Your data will not be lost — it remains in your Google account.

10. Changes to terms

We may change these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app before taking effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts.
